Auction Basic
This module is already included within the ACE system. It provides a simple function to track which items were released for auctions, and if the item was successfully auctioned.

Auction Preparation
Before an auction, this module helps you organize the lots for the auction. It allows for flexibility in setting up lots with one or more items, even if the items are unrelated by case to potentially increase the value of the lot's sale. It allows you to print labels for the auctions lots, minimizing the amount of data entry on the day of the auction. It can also help you by preparing pre-auction mailers to gain a greater audience. For anyone who has purchased an item at a previous auction, a letter can be prepared telling them of the upcoming auction.
Auction
During an auction, this module helps you with two main functions, auctioneer and cashier. The first function lists all of the lots and allows you to easily enter the prices as they are sold. After an item is sold, the Cashier function allows you to complete the transaction for a customer by entering in the lot information, collecting money and printing receipts.
Post-Auction
After an auction, the Auction Advanced Module helps you with several organizational tasks. First, it allows you to reorganize the unsold lots. It will print several useful reports on what was sold and who it was sold to. The Buyer and Cash Summary Reports summarize the entire auction. Users can also run a Auction Details report, giving you more detailed data such as purchaser information and auction totals.
