Disposition Module Basic
Included within ACE is the ability to track and maintain Disposition Orders. This module reminds officers that are responsible for items to determine what the next step is for each item that has been recorded within ACE. The module generates a report with item options for officers so they may easily select the next necessary item action by indicating it on the printed report. The system tracks who received a disposition order, and who has not yet responded; ensuring that each item is addressed in a timely fashion.
Web-Based Disposition Module
This is an optional module that can be added to your ACE system. The report is similar to the Disposition Module Basic, but further automates the process by sending the disposition report via email. The email connects the recipient to a web-based version of the application, allowing an officer to update the status online instantly.
