Access the item data from ACE while standing in your warehouse right next to the item. When you finish physically moving the property from one shelf to another your database is already up to date. As you are doing an inventory of a location AIM provides active feedback while your are standing in front of the evidence. Inventory Audit Records are stored in AIM.

How it Works
Retrieve, scan, and let the system do the work for you. With the ACE system, every item collected is given a barcode and recorded into the ACE system. When the item is retrieved from storage, for example, the item's barcode can be scanned with a Blue-tooth barcode scanner which then transmits the information to your WiFi device. Your WiFi device can then transmit that information directly into the ACE system, automatically creating an active and unalterable chain of custody.
